what is the normal blood glucose level using Trueread?
i tested my blood glucose level using TRUEread and its 155 mg/dL, please tell me if this is normal and what are the highest and lowest ranges of blood glucose level using TRUEread. Cheers
when you check your blood 2 hours after eat more than 140 mg/dl, warning for you.....you have risk diabetes, you must control by exercise, diet carbohidrat, don't eat too much sugar in your cake, foods,coffee. I think 155 mg/dl...still early diabetes.....so....up your exercise and diet.....diabetes is gate of many high risk complication disease like stroke, hypertension, heart attack
