Neck Firming Cream::Tightens Neck Skin Wrinkles

The best neck firming cream is not just a good moisturizer.  Neck skin wrinkles and body skin are helped by moisturizers but they are not designed to firm up neck wrinkles. 

Moisturizers and neck firming creams are made differently.   This is not to say that neck creams don't moisturize but moisturizers cannot firm up wrinkled skin.   Sagging skin needs some real help that moisturizers can't provide.  What then does work?   What will give me the appearance I want and once had?
