Does anyone know of a low cost vet in the Bremerton Washington area?

My dog despratly needs a leg amputation please help me find a low cost vet

there are 8 organizations that help pet owners with vet bills. there are actually 12 all together but 3 are for cat owners only, and one is based in the UK
