What might this figurine be used for?
I have this silver/maybe pewter figure. I'm wondering what it is for, where it may be from, how old it may be, pretty much anything about it. It is a lady holding what appears to be a bucket that swivels above her head and when held upside down her dress appears to be a cup of some sort. Any information would be awesome.
