Adult teenage and baby acne all have something in common: they can happen to anyone. Although pimples are more associated with teenagers, adults and babies can also suffer from this skin condition. But just like adolescent zits, treatments for acne in babies and adults are also widely available.

Learning to relax by exercising or taking yoga lessons might be enough to balance your being and keep the acne away.
Baby acne
Pimples on babies usually do not need treatment. In most cases, they just disappear after a few weeks or a month. But if the acne persists, a visit to a dermatologist is necessary. Mild acne medications might be prescribed by the doctor, but in the meantime, making sure that the baby is comfortable is your first line of defense. Clean the baby's skin regularly. Teenage acne
