Below Knee Amputation Surgery
A hypothetical situation-Who would you rather be....an amputee or somebody with scoliosis?
Its a totally hypothetical question. I do not want to hurt anybody's feeling. I just want to know your honest opinion...I would appreciate if you answered. Thank you.
If you had to be disabled in this birth..you do not have a choice..what would you rather be-
1) somebody with a below knee amputation OR
2) somebody with spinal scoliosis...very bad body posture and curves but leading a 'normal' life...walking running etc...surgery and wearing a brace is not an option.

@Semian: I am not talking about people losing their limbs in a war...i meant people like you and me who might have lost a limb in an unfortunate accident. Please don't take it personally...i am just looking for your opinion.
I have scoliosis. My spine is shaped like an "S". I've never had surgery, nor had a brace. It has never, ever effected me at all, and I stopped going to see a doctor for it a few years ago. So, just because you have scoliosis, doesn't always mean you have bad posture and weird curves. So, as long as it's not very bad, I pick scoliosis.
